Found Shorefront Appliance Repair through a quick online search when our thermostat decided to have a meltdown. Living in Long Beach, CA, you can't mess around with temperature control, right? Anyway, gave them a call and right away felt they were on it.
The tech, super professional and friendly, showed up exactly on time. Love that. He dove into the thermostat repair like it was his personal mission. Had a chat about the issue, and he explained stuff in simple, clear terms. No confusing jargon, which was great. I think the issue was some wiring glitch, and maybe something to do with the sensors? He fixed it pretty quickly, though, and you could tell he knew his stuff. Kept everything neat too, like he was never there.
What stood out was the follow-up. Got a call a few days later, just checking if everything was fine with the thermostat repair. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere! Didn't realize how much I needed a working thermostat until now.
Would definitely recommend them for any thermostat repair needs. It’s like they gave our thermostat a brand-new life. So if you’re in the Long Beach area like me, these folks are the go-to for sure!
